        1) Choose the artwork, add your photo or design.
        2) Add text and check spelling.
        3) Use Preview to check placement and size.
        4) Click Add to cart and checkout.

        If something looks wrong in preview, please fix it before checkout.
      • • Use clear, sharp images. Avoid screenshots and heavily compressed files.
        • Do not stretch small images to fill the whole mug.
        • Photos from modern smartphones usually work well if they are not zoomed-in or blurry.
        • Dark photos may print darker than expected.
      • • Check spelling and punctuation carefully. We print exactly what you submit.
        • Keep text away from the edges of the design area.
        • Very small text may not print clearly.
        • If text becomes hard to read, choose a simpler font.
      • • Screen colours can differ from printed colours.
        • Neon and very bright colours may print less vivid.
        • Large solid dark areas can show slight variation depending on the artwork.

        Always use the preview to check how your design sits on the product.
      • • Make sure you clicked Save in the editor before leaving.
        • Use the preview link (if shown) to confirm the saved version.
        • If the editor looks blank, refresh the page and try again.
