These terms apply when you buy goods from made-lovely.co.uk.

3. Products and descriptions
We do our best to display products accurately. Colours may vary depending on screens and devices.
Some artwork, design concepts, mock-ups and visual previews shown on our website may be created or developed with the help of AI tools as part of our design process. Final designs and product listings are reviewed by us before being offered for sale.
4. Personalised products
If you upload photos/text for personalisation:
- you confirm that you own the content or have all necessary rights and permissions to use it
- you grant us a limited licence to use, copy, edit, adapt and reproduce that content only as needed to create, personalise, produce and supply your order
- you are responsible for checking spelling, wording, layout choices and the quality of any images you provide
- we may refuse content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, misleading, obscene, discriminatory, infringes intellectual property rights, or otherwise breaches these terms
- if we provide a proof or preview, you must check it carefully before approving it
- slight differences may occur between on-screen previews and the finished product due to screen settings, print methods, materials and production processes
Where relevant to the design process, we may use AI-assisted tools to help prepare or develop artwork, layouts or mock-ups for your order. Final output is reviewed by us before production.
We do not use customer-uploaded images or text to train AI models.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all intellectual property rights in our website, branding, product designs, artwork, mock-ups and content remain owned by us or our licensors.
Where you upload content for personalisation, you retain ownership of your content, but you grant us the limited rights needed to process, produce and fulfil your order.
Buying a product from us does not transfer any copyright or other intellectual property rights in our designs, except for the right to use the physical product you have purchased.
6. Prices and charges
- Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable
- Delivery charges are shown at checkout
- We do not add “surprise” mandatory fees at the end
7. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your order is confirmed when payment is authorised and you receive an order confirmation email.
8. Delivery
We ship via Royal Mail and other courier services depending on the service selected and parcel size/weight.
Estimated dispatch times: 7-10 working days
Estimated delivery times: 48hrs / 72hrs /Tracked
Delays can occur due to peak periods or courier disruption.
9. Cancellations (distance selling)
Customers have cancellation rights for many online purchases under UK distance selling rules.
Important exception:
- Personalised or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started (because they are made to your specification).
10. Faulty or incorrect items
If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have rights under UK consumer law. Contact us and we will put it right (repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate).
